Starting with the 2008 vintage, Tonnellerie Sylvain is launching a “collection” of remarkable barrels made from the highest quality oak. Stocks are limited for these barrels which are produced from 300-year-old oaks grown in special plots. Each of these truly unique, originally-designed barrels are numbered and bear the name of the remarkable oak tree from which it is made.
